Every Bard & Brew booking includes two baristas, our mobile espresso cart, espresso equipment, and setup and cleanup. We bring the ingredients and serving supplies for your selected menu, including whole and oat milk.
Your price depends on three things: guest count, service hours, and your location.
Share your date, venue, guest count, and preferred service hours. We’ll put together a quote showing what’s included and the full cost before you book.

More guests means more drinks, ingredients, and supplies. Your quote is based on the number of people you’d like us to serve.

Choose how long you’d like drinks available. Longer service includes additional barista time and supplies. Your service hours cover the time we’re making drinks for your guests. We arrive beforehand to set up and handle cleanup afterward; both are included in your quoted price.

Travel is calculated from your venue’s location. We’ll also confirm any parking or access requirements that affect the total.
